We always strive to make sure all our customers are happy with their purchase, however if you are not 100 % happy, please email us, and we will arrange the return and refund of the item. The item needs to be sent back to us, in its original packaging, where possible. Return postage is paid for by the sender unless the item was received faulty or broken. We ask that any returns are done so within 14 days of receiving your order.
Our items are posted via Hermes tracked postal. This service takes approximately 3 – 5 working days.
We aim to dispatch items the same working day where ever possible. If you require your items sooner, please email us, we can arrange a quicker service at an extra cost.
